Tapco Inc.® SKS Collapsible Stock or Spike Bayonet Cut is made in USA with a light weight composite material for high durability and comfort. It is very simple to set up on your rifle, and gives a sophisticated look without replacing or modifying your rifle. It can be set up on any SKS models including “D” model. It includes well known SAW style pistol grip which represses operator fatigue, discomfort and injury offering a greater comfort and control to the user. The six position stock line up to any sized shooter for a perfect fit. Advanced handguard also consist of built-in Picatinny/Weaver rail limiting the use of the iron sights. Along with that a utile storage compartment is placed within the grip housing. For smoother and true edges each cut is accomplished by a double-passing titanium bit. This item counts as 3 U.S. Sec 922R compliant parts along with TAPCO USA mark.

Rating:  Not hard at all to install, only needed minor modification to complete installation. Looks and feels much better than the original wood stock! Recommend that you purchase the Tapco magazines and buttpad to match.

Rating: Fair price and a good fit, needed to be filed on both ends of the forend to fit my Norinco. Also, had to drill out the rivet for the gas tube, no big deal if a drill press is available.

Rating:  Soooo much better than stock.
Only thing that it doesn''t include, a new gas tube. The factory gas tube and hand guard was extremely difficult to seperate... due to age???
I would advise to purchase a new gas tube when ordering this kit.
